Do you deliver and install safe boxes in Malaysia?
Yes. We deliver and professionally install safe boxes across Peninsular Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor, and all other states. Safe box installation includes placement, levelling, anchoring, and a walkthrough on how to use your safe.
How much does a safe box cost in Malaysia?
Home safe boxes start from RM1,900 including delivery and installation. Office safe boxes start from RM3,500, fireproof document cabinets from RM2,800, and vault doors from RM15,000. Final pricing depends on size, fire rating, and lock type. Request a quote for exact pricing.
How long does safe box delivery and installation take?
Most safe boxes are delivered and installed within 3-7 working days, depending on stock and your location. We coordinate a time that works for you. Vault doors and custom orders may take 2-3 weeks.
Do you provide emergency safe opening services?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency safe opening for when you are locked out or forgot your combination. Our technicians use non-destructive methods where possible. Proof of ownership is required. Call +6012 750 6025 for emergencies.
What brands of safe boxes do you sell?
We supply certified safe boxes from Chubbsafes (UK), Falcon Safe, APS Safe, and Lion Safe. All brands meet international fire and burglary resistance standards. We help you choose the right safe box brand based on your security needs and budget.
Are your safes fireproof and burglar-proof?
We carry fire-resistant safes (rated 30 minutes to 2 hours), burglary-resistant safes, and dual-rated safes that protect against both. Each product listing shows the exact fire rating and security grade. We recommend dual-rated safes for valuables like cash, jewellery, and documents.
Do you anchor or bolt safes to the floor?
Yes, anchoring is included with installation. Bolting the safe to your floor or wall prevents thieves from carrying it away. Our technicians assess the floor type (concrete, tile, wood) and use appropriate fixings. This is especially important for safes under 100kg.
Can you help me choose the right safe size?
Absolutely. Tell us what you plan to store (documents, cash, jewellery, firearms, media) and we will recommend the right internal capacity. Common mistake: buying too small. We suggest choosing one size larger than you think you need to allow for future storage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and cash on delivery for selected areas. A 50% deposit confirms your order, with the balance due upon delivery and installation.
Do you relocate or move existing safes?
Yes. We provide safe relocation services for homes and offices, including moving between floors or to a new address. Heavy safes (200kg+) and vault doors require specialized equipment. Contact us for a relocation quote.
